Fall Zoom Meeting for President’s, Tech Contacts and Membership Reps

Presidents, Tech Contacts and Membership Reps will gather by Zoom for our annual fall workshop! Date: Saturday, September 26th, 2020   Start time: Coffee and social time 9:30 – 10:00am Meeting time: 10:00am – noon   Zoom Meeting Link and Password: Please contact your President for the link and password   The agenda will include: a break out session for the Presidents – discussion of the “Path Forward” strategy to re-opening P.E.O. meetings this fall. The Path Forward – September 2020

Chapters are reminded to choose the meeting format that works best for them while considering the P.E.O. guidelines and local health department recommendations. Meetings may look different from month-to-month for a chapter and from chapter-to-chapter and that is okay.  As a reminder, chapters can choose to start holding business meetings starting September 1. Chapters can meet: In person if local health guidelines allow Virtually through video or teleconferencing As a hybrid with some members attending virtually and some in person as local health guidelines allow Current contents of the President’s Book should be retained (nothing to be destroyed).
